Workshops

Edmonton Southside PCN offers a variety of workshops for its patients and families to help you meet your health and wellness goals. These workshops will help you stay healthy, access the care you need and learn how to make the most of your ongoing relationship with your healthcare team. Topics include mental health, nutrition, exercise, healthy aging, lung health and pregnancy.

There are also a number of classes that are being offered by different PCNs in the Edmonton area. All these classes are held virtually and you do not need a referral from a physician. You will register via the PCN who is hosting the class.
