Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chocolate Ensure
  • 1 medium banana
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1-2 tbsp skim milk powder

Berry Burst Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Strawberry/Vanilla Ensure or Milk/Juice
  • 1 cup mixed fruit of choice
  • ½ cup Greek plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk
  • 1-2 tbsp skim milk powder

Directions

Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.  Makes 1-2 servings
