Seniors’ Nutrition: Balanced breakfast recipe


1-2 slices bread, or 1 cup cereal, high fibre (4g or more per serving)
2 tbsp nut butters
2 eggs, boiled
¾ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 cup cucumber & tomato slices
1.5 oz cheese, low fat
1 cup fruit
2 tbsp nuts, almonds/walnuts
