Asian ginger salmon with sesame broccoli and yellow bean salad

Ingredients

Asian Ginger Salmon

  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 pound salmon fillet
  • Pepper TT
  • 2 tbsp. Low-salt soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Water
  • 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger

Sesame Broccoli and Yellow Bean

  • 1/4 pound broccoli florets
  • 1/2 pound of yellow beans
  • 2 tsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • Pepper TT

Instructions

Heat a nonstick pan on medium-high, and spray. Add the salmon and brown for 2 minutes.
Turn, and add salt and pepper to cooked side. Brown the 2nd side for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and sautee for 5 minutes.
Combine the soy sauce, water and ginger in a small bowl.
Remove the salmon from the pan. Add soy sauce mixture to pan and cook for several seconds (sauce for salmon)
Place broccoli and yellow beans in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Saute the broccoli, yellow beans and sesame seeds for 3-4 minutes, until seeds are golden and broccoli is bright.
Season with pepper and serve with salmon
