The Relaxation group is an introduction to effective relaxation techniques. In four weeks, you will learn ways to incorporate relaxation into your life regularly. This class is great if you’re looking to be more present in the moment and for ways to combat anxiety, depression and stress.
Some techniques taught in the Relaxation class are:
- Deep breathing
- Progressive muscle relaxation

Daytime: November 22 to December 13, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
