If you’re using tobacco and thinking about quitting, or you are actively trying to quit, this group is for you. This six-week program offers you the tools, strategies and skills needed to quit using tobacco for good. Develop a quit plan that works for you, learn ways to deal with withdrawal and cravings, and get tips on healthy eating, physical activity, ways to manage stress and prevent relapse.
Group programs are one of the most effective means of increasing the chances of quitting smoking successfully. In a group, you can share your stories, learn from others experiences, and celebrate milestones together.
Participants may also be able to access financial support for nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and/or prescription medication to help reduce or quit tobacco use.
