Kitchen Basics: Healthy Snacks

Interested in more practice in the kitchen? This follow up workshop will show you how to make healthy snacks to keep you from getting hangry! Learn more about how to make nutritious snacks easily available while getting tips and tricks from our Registered Dietitians.

In this dynamic and positive workshop series, participants will increase their confidence in preparing simple and approachable recipes. Each class, participants will be provided with a guide on how to prepare a recipe in advance and cook-along during the workshop, all from the comfort of their kitchen!

Please note, attendance at our Kitchen Basics introductory workshop is mandatory to participate in this class.
