Mental Health
Happiness Basics

Understanding Depression
Depression can affect anyone at any time in their life. You are not alone! Join this workshop to learn about the signs, symptoms and treatments available to you, including therapy and medication options.

Journeying Through Grief
Grief is an emotional reaction to loss. There are over 40 different types of losses that we can incur over a lifetime. This class is an action-oriented process to help participants understand what grief and unresolved grief are. Myths and ineffective behaviours will be addressed while taking healing actions to help you preserve your memories without them turning painful.

Want to learn how to deal with your anger? In this online video, clinicians talk about what causes and maintains anger, help you learn about your own anger styles, and touch on why we get so angry. Led by an Exercise Specialist, this class focuses on guiding you through low impact stretches and exercises. Each class will focus on a specific muscle group, so you optimize your workout and learn exercises associated with different muscle groups.
