Meal Planning is a two-part workshop designed to teach you the skills needed to successfully plan meals for you and your whole family. Work with a Registered Dietitian to learn tips and tricks for planning a whole week’s worth of meals.

Discuss the benefits of cooking at home and eating out less, and the importance of enjoying food with others.
All participants will receive a package of resources as well as develop a meal plan of their own with helpful ideas from a Registered Dietitian.
