Relaxation


The Relaxation group is an introduction to very effective relaxation techniques. In four-weeks, you will learn ways to incorporate relaxation into your life regularly. This class is great for you if you’re looking to be more present in the moment and for ways to combat anxiety, depression and stress.

Some of the techniques taught in the Relaxation class are:
- Deep breathing
- Mindfulness
- Progressive muscle relaxation
- Visualization

Dates and Times

November 10

6:30 PM for 4 weeks


Format: Currently offered virtually only.

Cost: Free.

Time commitment: Four weeks. One class per week. Each class is 90 minutes long.
