Parent/child Anxiety Group: Parents and children (8-12 years)will learn to recognize signs of unwanted anxious thoughts and feelings. Parents will work alongside their child(ren) to learn strategies to help their child(ren) manage anxiety and panic attacks. At least one parent and their child(ren) will attend all 6 weeks of this program.
Teen Anxiety Group: Teens will learn to recognize the signs of unwanted anxious thoughts and feelings. They will learn and practice new tools to manage anxiety and panic attacks. This six week workshop includes a mandatory parent information session the first night; teens are required to attend all 6 sessions.
