A two-month supervised group exercise program, for currently inactive individuals with chronic health conditions. This is a safe and guided introduction to increasing daily activity. For two hours, once per week a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist® and a Registered Nurse will facilitate a simple progression to activity through education and practice.
The first hour of each week will be spent in class learning physical activity concepts and goal setting with the group. The second hour of each week will be spent exercising to individual capacity. You will be encouraged to progressively increase your daily activity on the other days of the week, keep a lifestyle journal and we will help you create a plan to continue being active for life!
