Senior’s Abuse Team
The Elder Abuse Intervention Team is a teamwork of the Edmonton Police Service, the City of Edmonton Community Services, Catholic Social Services and Victorian Order of Nurses. The goal is to prevent and respond to elder abuse working in the communities, thereby enhancing the well-being of older adults.

TeleCare Program (Good Samaritan Society)
The Telecare program provides:

*  Emergency response equipment loan and monitoring service that includes one personal help button, base unit and   24-hour monitoring/response service.
*  Care Call Support Service that includes pre-scheduled telephone calls for medications, meals, appointments or check-in calls for children at home after school who are home alone.
